.jpg)
Cover letter (CL) is a document that accompanies your resume, ie. CV when applying for a job.As the CV document that is written by established patterns and thus is similar to the candidate to the candidate, a cover letter is your opportunity to give a stamp of his individual biography and to express his specialty. CL is very short (200-250 words), and his goal is to introduce an employer in your CV, to indicate the activities and characteristics that are of special importance for the application. Your CLshould answer the questions that the employer would be able to put yourself reading your CV. In short, the goal CL is to answer the question of employer: Why should I hire this person?
Look at Example of the letter
Form - CL has a form of business letter: your address and contact information coming under your name in the top right corner of the page. Below that, the left, write the person's name which is addressed, as well as its function and organization of the work. If you do not have the name of a contact person, a letter should be sent to the company address.
If you know the name of the person to whom you write, start with Dear Mr or Mrs, Miss, or if you write in English Dear Mr, Ms, Mrs. In this case, you should finish the letter salutation "Sincerely" or "Kind regards". If you do not know the name of a contact person start with Hello Hello, in English Dear Sirs, or Dear Sir or Madam.
At the end of PP provide a place and date of writing letters. Listed below that specify which documents enclosed with the application. If you send a CV, it is enough to mention in the text of PP.
If you submit an application by mail, print PP on white A4 paper, as well as your CV, and put in a white envelope. It is not advisable to print on paper other than white color and the use of other colors than black letters. Strive to provide high quality printing of your PP and CVs.
Ideally CL should not have more than four paragraphs. The aim first is to emphasize what is check and where you get information about business ad.In the second paragraph should specify the qualifications and skills that have (presentation skills, communication, negotiations or other qualifications relevant to the particular job) that you are the right person for the business.Carefully read the ad, set the necessary qualifications and check once more whether you are the right person for the job. Do not just mention their virtues, provide an explanation Perhaps the best way to start with your previous work experience and how you have developed the skills and qualifications you have. As with the CV, the result should be that you are an independent person who knows to take the initiative and responsibility. Explain in this section and any ambiguity that the employer could be reading your CV and explain why all of you the right person for that position, even if you do not meet all the requirements that are in the ad are looking for. In short, the second paragraph to show that you are good for the job.
The third paragraph shows why you want the job. Think about it, because this issue will probably wait for the interview - why you signed up just for the job and just in the company. You must show strong motivation and ability to contribute to the work of specific organizations, and in return get a certain satisfaction (it is desirable that your only satisfaction and motivation is not only money, but you are important training opportunities, promotion ...)
The last paragraph points out that you are an employer more willing to explain and show their qualities during the interview.
